Easy Veggie Wraps

Ingredients
  • Whole wheat tortillas
  • Butter Softened
  • Red Onion, sliced
  • Tomatoes, sliced
  • Carrots, julienned
  • Arugula leaves
  • Avocado, sliced
  • Pepper Jack Cheese (optional)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Red Pepper Cream Cheese Drizzle (Instructions at the end)
Instructions

    Wash and slice the vegetables.

    Spread butter over a tortilla.

    Layer the vegetables on top and across the tortilla.

    Add avocado slices and cheese.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Drizzle with Red Pepper Cream Cheese Drizzle.
