Add water and salt. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on medium for 7 minutes.
3 Let it cool down completely, then fluff with fork.
4 Heat butter and olive oil in a saucepan, sauté chopped garlic for 2–3 minutes.
5 Add cooked and cooled rice and stir gently to coat with the garlic flavor and oil-butter combination. Take off the heat
6 Fold in cilantro and lime juice. Adjust seasoning if needed.
7 Serve and enjoy!
