Baked Eggs with Herbs
  • 4 Large Egg
  • 4 tbsp Heavy Cream
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Chives, Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Thyme, Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Or Gruyère Cheese
  • Salt And Pepper To Taste
  • Butter Or Cooking Spray For Greasing

    Crack 1-2 eggs into each ramekin.
