Method (Pressure Cooker Version)
8 Cook lamb in a pressure cooker with water and seasonings until tender.
9 In a separate pot, sauté onion in olive oil.
10 Add carrots, turnips, and potatoes with some stock.
11 Stir in cooked lamb and its cooking liquid.
12 Simmer for 15–20 minutes to combine flavors.
13 Season and garnish with parsley.
